In Yuzu, right click on the game and click on 'open mod data location'. Unzip the mod into that folder. For example, the name of the mod might be '60fps unlock'. Make sure in that game's mod folder that the mod you've placed in there is in a folder called '60fps unlock'.

For everyone still having this issue: after i tried to uninstall EmulationStation DE my roms did not show up in the rom manager anymore, the quick reset and custom reset did nothing for me. I removed every rom i still hat left from steam and i had to completely reinstall EmuDeck.By default, it opens every folder on a single left click instead of selecting it.
